The hotel was in a marvellous location, up hill from downtown Gatlinburg. The staff was extremely friendly and excellent when needed. The breakfast was tasty and free and you could choose from fresh fruit, toast, cookies, and yogurt.

Exceptional and fairly clean hotel with incredibly beautiful view of the mountains. Amazingly helpful and especially helpful staff, easy location down the hill.

Fairly clean, brand-new hotel, I truly enjoyed comfy rooms and wonderful staff. The location was great and awesome, right by the nice stream that runs down through Gatlinburg and the interior design was nice.

The bed was exceptionally comfortable, room was reasonably priced & recently renovated. Also, location was favourable, at a short distance from an iconic observation tower.

The rooms are well-kept and nicely decorated with exceptional free breakfast and the staff are very friendly professional. It has comfy and unbeatable location to see Ripley's Haunted Adventure. The area is very beautiful near to the Parkway and Garden Plaza and a large park and ball field and Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.

I came to Gatlinburg for skiing - everything was great. The room was large and recently refurbished with balcony, fridge and the breakfast was free. Extra facilities such as a microwave, coffee & tea makers, and a fridge were really useful. The location of the hotel was marvellous and easy, on the river. There were variety of restaurants to eat, like Cherokee Grill that was only 15 minutes' walk away.

Great and easy location in Gatlinburg close to Gatlinburg, TN, a roaring creek, and the downtown. Also, close to the attractions. Reasonably large and recently refurbished rooms, good view of the mountains. Very tasty breakfast with variety of choices.

Very disappointing area.

Stayed for 2 nights in this beautifully kept place, appreciated that. The service was good, including a savoury and hot breakfast with a toaster for bagels, bagels and also yogurt. The staff was amazingly helpful and especially helpful, kept everything fairly clean and incredible. The location was convenient, close to Smoky Mountain.

Fresh fruit, toast, cookies and yogurt were good. The location near a very relaxing stream was comfortable. Moreover, it's short walk to the Parkway and the smoky mountains and restaurants and shopping.

The staff at Hampton Inn were incredibly friendly and accommodating. We had a small issue with our room, but they quickly resolved it and ensured our stay was comfortable. Despite the minor setback, the room itself was clean and well-maintained. The location was also convenient, with easy access to shops and attractions. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Gatlinburg.

The rooms were newly renovated and complete with microwave and coffee pot and a toddler a bath. The location was convenient, within walking distance of The Village Shops Shopping Mall.
